I. Data Controller The Data Controller of your personal data is Verdehire Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Środkowa 11B, 78-314 Sławoborze, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) maintained by the District Court in Koszalin under KRS number 0001192161, NIP: 6722112496, REGON: 542616566 (hereinafter: the Controller or Verdehire). II. Purposes and legal bases for processing personal data Your personal data will be processed by Verdehire Sp. z o.o. for the following purposes and on the following legal bases: • Conducting the current recruitment process to the extent required by the provisions of the Labor Code (Art. 22¹ of the Polish Labor Code), i.e., name, surname, date of birth, contact details, information regarding education and professional experience. o Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation). • Processing of additional personal data provided voluntarily in recruitment documents (e.g., CV, cover letter). o Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). • Verification of qualifications and competencies of candidates to assess suitability for the position. o Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller). • Establishment, exercise, or defense against potential claims related to the recruitment process. o Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller). • Conducting future recruitment processes, provided that the candidate gives a separate consent. o Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). • Providing information about Verdehire Sp. z o.o.'s own services using electronic communication means (e-mail, SMS, MMS, telephone, push notifications), solely in the event that a separate consent has been given. o Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). IV. Recipients of personal data Your personal data may be transferred to: • authorized employees and associates of Verdehire Sp. z o.o., • entities cooperating in the execution of recruitment processes (e.g., clients commissioning the recruitment), • entities processing data on behalf of the Controller (including IT service providers, hosting providers, HR, accounting, and mailing service providers), • entities and bodies authorized under the law. All entities processing data at the request of the Controller operate on the basis of appropriate data processing agreements and in compliance with the security principles specified in the GDPR. V. Period of personal data storage • Data processed in connection with the current recruitment process will be stored until its completion. • Data processed based on the Controller's legitimate interest will be stored until the statute of limitations for potential claims expires. • Data processed on the basis of consent for participation in future recruitments will be stored for a period of 36 months from the date of consent or until its withdrawal. • Data processed on the basis of marketing consent will be stored until its withdrawal. VI. Rights of data subjects In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to: • access your personal data and receive a copy thereof, • rectify (correct) your data, • erase your data (the right to be forgotten), • restrict the processing of your data, • data portability, • object to the processing of your data, • withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal). Requests regarding the exercise of the above rights can be sent to the e-mail address: rodo@verdehire.com or by post to the address of the Company's registered office. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych). VII. Voluntary nature of providing data Providing personal data within the scope specified in Art. 22¹ of the Polish Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Providing any other additional data is voluntary. VIII. Automated decision-making Your personal data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling. IX. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) As a rule, your personal data is not transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area. In exceptional cases, if the transfer of data to a third country proves necessary (e.g., in connection with the maintenance of IT systems), the Controller will ensure appropriate protection measures, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.
